The Barbour Memorial Hall is a registered Scottish Charity in the form of a SCIO, responsible for running the Barbour Memorial Hall in Glencaple, Dumfries and Galloway. The organisation has engaged Creetown Initiative to raise funds to repair, develop and upgrade the Barbour Hall.
Specific tasks Creetown Initiative will undertake include community consultations and evidence building, the creation of a business plan to support funding applications and also act as a guide in the long-term, to create and action the funding strategy and to provide general support to the SCIO where required.
