The Barholm Community Shop is located to the rear of the Barholm building on St John Street. It is open a minimum of 2 days a week – Fridays and Saturdays 10am – 2pm – and more often during the high season. 
Within the shop is a selection of donated clothes, toys, books, DVDs, bric a brac and many other surprises. Proceeds from the Community Shop are fed back to the community groups who voluntarily “man” the shop.
The shop has also provided opportunities for local children and young people to volunteer and learn about working in the retail sector.
